Mike and I took Marv out fishing yesterday. We hit all of the best spots over five hours. It was a glorious blue day. The temp got up to about 80 degrees. No fish! We got on the boat radio, and it was the same for all the fishermen yesterday. However, it was another spendid day on the water, and having Marv on the boat is always a blast. What a funny witty fellow.
During the slow process of returning home with that big barge of a boat, we spotted an osprey dive into the river. He caught a fish, then flew to the top of a palm tree. I was delighted to get a couple of good shots of him. Check out his lunch....mullet in his left claw.
