After tea, we walked for a bit. There were girls wearing boots, a very common sight in Otsu. Many of the young women love to wear any shoes with high heels. Directly across the street was a shop called Little Bastard. I don't see the appeal, but we watched several groups of young guys taking photos in front of that store. Down the road a bit was a silver store. We spotted one of the Shiga Lake Stars posters inside, so Ray went in to autograph it. The owner was very pleased. Behind him sat a young couple making matching rings. Guess they were going steady...couples can pay a small fee to learn how to makes their own rings.
