Canning Tuna and Rozie's Chili




Here is a shot of our first cans of tuna. Everyone pitched in on the preparation. A neighbor loaned us another pressure cooker to speed things up a bit. Stu was kind enough to bring a new one down to us, too. We put a wee bit of extra virgin olive oil in each jar, and topped the tuna with jalapenos and galic. We have two dozen jars more to go, and they are pints, not half-pints like these in the photo.

I made a nice pot of my famous chili, and have a fresh loaf of bread baking now for dinner...plus a salad.
