Schmidty, Mike and I went to Freshwater Bay a couple of months ago. I couldn't fish because my broken wrist wasn't quite right yet, but Mike and Mike had double hook-ups from the minute we went out on the water, and by ten o'clock had caught nearly forth Kings.
Mike smoked it all, so here is a shot of the prep work on our counter. I believe this is the best batch of smoked salmon EVER!
