Several days before Hope and Zim arrived, we purchased some lobster tails from a truck vendor who had stopped right at our gate. There was no stopping Hope when it came to dinner preparations. Fresh lobster, fresh greens and nasturtiums from our garden, arugula pesto (yep, made by Hope), magical rice with a variety of kitchen spices I had forgotten about. Even some of the new cloth napkins I had made. My was that fabulous! Thank you Hope.
