Dave Meseberg took us out two days in a row. I was proud to take in my first walleye, a seven pounder, but the following day Mike had to show me up with this whopping ten pound walleye, and stole the show. One morning out by ourselves on Corral Lake, one of the seep lakes at Potholes, we saw a Great Blue Heron snatch up a fat bullfrog for breakfast. We managed to capture one lone crawdad, and caught a catfish, too.
